I think there is a fine line that is crossed when someone overly talks about an ex. But it seems naturally the topic should come up here and there.
It is actually a good thing because then you might actually get clues needed to confirm that yes, he is not over his ex. There are not enough clues for the Op right now.

I had one match from EH I only saw about five times.

Within those few times (I actually lost count)I think he said, "my wife cheated on me" (out of the blue) at least 3 times. Which left me standing there keeping my mouth from dropping open and saying. So what do you want me to do about this?

Clues are good.

Yeah I agree with the above.

Haven't seen him again ( he's bogged down with law school work); we might hang out Sunday, I'm not sure (depends on how much work he gets done, and I'm working all day that day so we'll see). We've talked, though, and he hasn't mentioned anything about it again, which is a good sign (I haven't said anything to him either).

I guess we'll see...
