i wasnt trying to. i didnt really understand why she referred to me, but i am thrilled that shes happy.

I hope this encourages you to do this with any other guys that might be of interest to you (not just auto shop guy @ school).

the only reason i suggested that she ask him out is because he asked her first and she turned him down in the past. otherwise no way.
