What's to be embarrased about?  That's pretty much it... straight up!

The cooking thing is pretty real. I don't understand why more women don't reallize this.

This all seems so obvious to me but from conversations with women I know they just don't get it.    This could be titled "13 reasons why homosexual men came to be called 'gay'"  (Onece upon a time "gay" was a word for happy and relaxed.)

Soooo, are you saying men turned gay because women dont understand these things?
That is contrary to what gay men say about themselves and that being they felt from their very childhood that they were different.
You have special insight they dont have? Or are you generalizing out of baggage?
I think someone needs to find some time in that man cave, if you know what I mean.

I'm not sure what this says about me, but I'm a straight woman and most of these things apply to me.

Wow. I actually liked reading this one.

The only thing that drives me a little crazy about these articles is they explain things that should be common sense like they are epiphanies.

Maybe I'm just out of touch with the current trend in common courtesy/dating/relationships??

For example, the article says men don't want us to denigrate the things that are important to them. Why would anyone think it is ok or acceptable or 'loving' to denigrate anything about someone they love?

From a common sense point of view, you have a point... and it should be obvious to everyone.

But realistically speaking, I've seen women (admittedly, married ones more so than others) do exactly that... over, and over, and over... with little or no regard to whether it offends their husband or not.

And so, while it's certainly not an epiphany... it's still worth mentioning as it is often overlooked by some women.
