I told them I was going to file a harrassment complaint...they were like "We were just joking"

I said..no I was complaining that they didn't do that often enough lol

It's not as if it never happens, dear lady. I've been in situations (when I was younger, of course) where I have the feeling that the next step is going to be to ask me to open my mouth because she wants to have a better look at my teeth.

I absolutely love getting comments like that from guys, too, too funny. I'd have emailed back that he better be struttin' some pretty hot stuff himself or I'm just gonna' pull a drive-by peek. I'd follow it up with stuff I'm going to be expecting from him that is going to send him running for momma. Life's short - have as much fun as you possibly can.
