I'm getting ready to head out to a Bob Dylan concert so I had to brag a bit-since I think thats about the best date a girl can get.

The guy is still in the pool, but it takes me a lot longer to get beautiful than it takes him.

What about the rest of you?

I hope Dylan is good for you in concert. I've heard middling reviews. Sometimes he's good sometimes, less so.

I'm still in Tennessee taking care of my ailing mom. It's my first time taking care of a parent, so it's a little strange.

Datewise, one of my current matches did contact me today asking how I was doing. Shame she's 500 miles away.

I'm hoping Dylan is ON tonight too. I saw him in Eugene OR about 20 years ago with the Dead--it was booked as Bob Dead and the Grateful Dylan Tour. He was hot..stoned but hot.

Mellancamp..a meh for me. Saw The Doobie Bros at the same venue last night and that was a dancing for 3 hour concert. We came back to the lovely Motel 6 at midnight and climbed the fence to get in the pool-it was very warm and we were very sweaty.

My son is home after his first full week of college. My daughter is preparing a detailed letter & drawing for our Japanese student guests who stayed with us last week, then we'll be off to try to figure out how to ship packages to Japan.

One guy from match has a profile that really sparked my interest and we exchanged an initial communication.... but today I found him on another site where he indicated he is "bi curious." Suddenly, my interest in him has plummeted. And, I found another profile of a guy who works in the same building I do, but is married and looking for "excitement."

As a result my faith in guys is at a rather low point at the moment. I'm going to enjoy tonight and the rest of the weekend with my kids. We may be going to a local festival, "Millard Days," tonight. Or just hang out here. Either way, it's good with me.

Now.....that sounds like fun. Climbing a fence to get to the swimming pool, washing away the sweat and canoodling.
