Hey folks!

How was your weekend? Any dates to report?

I had a pretty good weekend, went to a friend's birthday party on Saturday (during which we had a sort of freak rainstorm!) and then my other friend cooked me dinner as an extremely belated birthday celebration for me

No dates to report.

Met an online "friend" because that's what he was looking for. Didn't plan to be impressed and I wasn't. Decent conversation but not one I want to repeat. Talked alot about himself.

Made a different date for this Friday. Looking forward to this one.

Hey everyone!

Had the guy over for dinner for date #6. My meal turned out great and he really enjoyed it. As did I.

We talked more in depth than we have in the past, and I think got a bit closer. But he's still a bit guarded.

Won't get the chance to see him much the rest of the month as we are both traveling. Maybe absence will make the hearts grow fonder? Lol.

No dates...but my trip to Savannah was some good drunken fun...stayed at an amazing hotel. Can't wait to go back this weekend!

No dates for me this weekend.

However, I did receive a confession of long held love which was quite interesting.

I traveled to my hometown to attend my class reunion. This is the first one I have ever attended, and I was really glad I did. It was quite fun and good to connect with so many people I hadn't seen in years.

And one guy - who was my date to senior prom (okay, it was a threesome, but that is another story) - and has remained a friend for years, always seeming to find me whenever I am in town, decided to tell me that he has always loved me and wanted to know why I didn't marry him.

I had to remind him that this was the first time he had mentioned such feelings to me and that he had never asked me on a date, much less to marry him

-- oh, and that "small problem" of him marrying and having children with other women!
