Online dating photos, online dating photographers, personals pictures, dating pictures

I was suprised as they have pretty reasonable prices and contract with photographers all over the country.

I looked at the samples and honestly I think they improved the looks of the men in a BIG way, and made them much more dateable.

I'm thinking about doing something like this, not neccessarily through this service though. I just thought it was interesting and a good topic of discussion!

I don't know if I would pay for photos, since I have them for free.

I believe in the theory of taking many photos, and picking out the best (with digital equipment, I can fit thousands in my camera.)

I also do not want to meet and have my partner be dissapointed, or think that I was deceiving.

how do you get photos of yourself? and if you read the site it sounds like they go out of their way to not be deceiving.

I have a camera with a timer, and a tripod, which I have used for dating site photos.

Others were taken by other people.

The "deceipt" issue could be around a photo that looks better than I did at the meeting, and my partner then thinking I had misleading photos.

yes I get that dlion. I don't get how a professionally shot photo could more deceptive than a photo taken by yourself.

Professional cameras are higher resolution.

I dont think it is a bad idea at all. As long as they look half way natural.
My friends take bad pics and I dont usually get to see them again.

I was looking at the link when you posted in that other thread, and I'm mulling it over. Since the last picture a friend took of me made me look like I had silver coins for eyes, it's pretty tempting.

Unless guys are into shiny silver eyes...

I would probably pay that much, but they can't make me taller lol.

Plus...I'm always nervous in putting up glamour shots (I dont have one anyway) since if I look different than the photo, the ladies might think that I tricked them.

(although I think I look much more gorgeous than my photos...lol)
