Okie, I saw this girl in my previous organization. She was sitting right behind me.We used to make a lota eye contacts but never got into talking terms.
I left the company shortly, and then decided to drop a mail to her E mail ID and see if she's interested in meeting me. She declined to my first mail saying she did not like the idea of meeting me all of a sudden ,however, she thanked me for the mail saying it was quite flattering.

I did make a second attempt ,said, i really find her engaging and intelligent girl and would be nice if she could at least come for a coffee near to the place where she works...
She agreed to meet me and sent me a text message asking where exactly (this way i got her number)..First date went well she even acknowledged that she too had a good time..it all happened on Wednesday,

I thought i will give her a call on saturday and see if we can catch up on sunday ,she said she's not sure as her sis and brother in law 're coming. she even told me that she's going for a marathon on sunday.
I know this would sound like a stalker and desperado..i showed up at the event !! we had a nice chat after which she left with her friends.

I again text her on next thursday ..just said, Hi..how you doing?
She replied to me saying she is not keeping well and stuff. So i jsut replied asking her to take rest and get well soon..The next saturday i text her again to see how she is feeling ...she said her sis delivered a baby and she 's busy the whole day and stuff.also added that she will catch up with me sometime..

So i waited for another 4 days and asked her( text her ,so that she can think and reply) if she would like to come for a coffee on coming staurday ...She replied nicely saying her sis and baby got discharged from the hospital and she 's been busy with all these .Moreover, she has exam on sunday and this is what she said in the end "i am so sorry ,it's kinda tough for me to make time for few weeks"
I just said ..I understand.Hope you will reconsider this in the future.
Take care and all the best for your exams"
She replied later in the night ..."thank you .Goodnight"

==========================================
Now i am totally confused..whether i should contact her after a month or so ..or i should leave it up to her to act. She has been replying to my text immediatly and returning my call ( though i jsut made one call ) .She even telling me her family stuff. But she never agrees to meet me outside..I don't understand. We haven't spoke much so i don't even fall into the "friendz Zone". What shall i do...please advice i like her a lot an respect her..Does that clearly means she is not interested...some body please advice!

Thanks!

She has given you very clear signals, but you don't seem to be able to read them. Her avoiding you, at every turn, every offer and not offering an alternative is her telling you she is not interested. Her not initiating any communication is also a huge sign.

I wouldn't even call you in the "friend zone", you are more in the "acquaintance zone".

I think at some point you are going to have to decide one of two things:
A) Do you want to be "text buddies" with her...
or...

B) Do you want to put yourself out there, and actually ask her out on a date...

I really don't think you have too many choices, beyond that.

I'd leave her alone. She knows how to contact you if she wants to. I fear if you continue to contact her she will see you as a nuisance and will be even less inclined to see you again.

I agree that she is avoiding you. She is being polite by replying quickly, but she has declined your invitations a number of times. (not a good sign...)

I am surprised you would just "show up" at her event without an invitation. It would make me very uncomfortable if someone did that to me.

You should back off here. She is sending the signals, but you seem to be ignoring them.

She's done absolutely everything to politely let you know that she is not interested short of throwing a brick at your head saying "dude, get lost.". By the way, showing up at an event uninvited is stalker territory.

Ah, Kevinbest, I'm sorry but it sounds to me like she's just not that into you. If she was she'd have made time. Her sister had the baby, she didn't.

She knows you are into her though, so let it go, if I'm wrong she'll be back and if I'm right you'll be spared any more embarrassment.

You sound very sweet if a little obsessively hooked. It happens to us all at some point, are you very young?

you didn't go wrong anywhere (except after, with all the texting).

she went out with you, she had a nice time, but she is not romantically interested in you.

move on, meet some new girls.
