OK, been here for a bit and have gotten tired of the "she / he did _________ to me" whining.

As a gift to all those who are looking to have a good relationship, I am asking those (women in this thread) who have / have had good relationships to post their favorite things that men have done right.

Smiled.

Didn't assume the worst.

Did I mention he smiled?

Gotta love a positive thread.
What he did right was:
teach me about a male-dominated sport (I never would have noticed) and got me addicted to it.
kiss me passionately and often
let me share expenses
hugged me
indulged my crazed fan heart with a very special gift (he was paying attention to something I adore)
cooked for me
lit a fire in the fireplace b/c I LOVE that
and oh, the passionate kisses .....

What he does right...

He pays attention even when I'm not.

He thinks of me ... then he lets me know he's thinkin of me.

He kisses me awake in the mornin.

He holds my hand without me makin the move first.

He opens doors for me.

He wants my time even when I'm grumpy.

He'll rub that spot in my lower back when It starts to hurt.
(without me sayin a word)

He'll offer his help to me because he knows I need it even if
I still try to do it all by myself.

He hugs me sometimes like he really dont wanna let me go.
And, he'll look me in the eye an tell me how beautiful I am
when I've jus woke up with my bed head an sleepy eyes.

Me thinks, I've got a keeper! lol

he didn't cheat.....ha ha just kidding.

he kissed me into sweet oblivion

he opened the car door for me

he told me he loved me

he took me out to dinner when i was exhausted

he took me out to dinner when i was happy and energized

he changed the oil in my car

he came home to me

he gave me what i wanted and needed in bed

he taught me what he knew

there is more but i guess that is enough.
