I have used astrology in the past to try to figure people out that i am interested in, both romantic and in business

I have found that it is a good beginning tool to understand basic character traits about a potential mate.

When i looked at my own description in astrology, i found that it is right on about my tendencies.

but.... did not account for the choices i have made to improve my negative traits and the amount of control over those traits i have developed.

Astrology is a non-scientific belief system, and, as such, an incompatibility, in and of itself.

Yes, it is. If the person believes in that stuff, I close her.

when i first learned of astrology in its deeper construct, it was a woman i worked for that was using it on me.

i was really angry that she was using these kinds of tools to figure me out.

so i am wondering what everyone thinks about using it and having it used on you.

Astrology is useful in finding out what kind of sense of humour your date has but that's about all, but then being an Aquarian i would say that.

As an aquarius, I have had difficulties when it came to scorpios, who supposedly I am not compatible with. Coincidence??

I used to dog zodiac readings and didn't blieve in letting thigns determine what happesn in your life. That being said, out of curiosity I started to look at zodiac compatibility reports and found something interesting.

Not only did they accurately describe my past relationships, they accurately described current relationsihps.... almost to a scary accuracy.

So I think there's something to them. The trick is to find a site that doesn't do just the generic, high-level, non-descriptive analysis. I did find a few that got into quite abit of detail and they ended up being accurate.

So although I don't let them rule my life, and I dont' let them decide things for me, it is not something i completely dismiss anymore and let it be just additional information at my fingertips to help out.
