o.k. i am new here. this is the first one i met in eH. We communicate through eH's email for 3 weeks. The last one he drop me a messenge that he i going to move and give me his number. I really don't know what he was trying to do. So I reply him my number and told him he can call me, or let me know when is the best time to reach him, I can make a call. Untill then, no any email, text or phone call.about 10 days.
What he s thinking?
I know it could be he is just not that into you, this I heard the most recentlly.
Besides this, could be he is busy in movig.......anyone have any idea how long for you to set up a computer online once you move......
I though I replied well to the last email

It takes me five minutes to set up a computer. I would say a normal person one hour tops.

What I am seeing here is he gave you his number so you could call him. I see nothing in your post saying you have called him. I have moved once in my life and have no desire to do so again. It is very time consuming.

What I am saying is call him! That is why he gave you his number. If he doesn't answer or return your call then move on. Right now it seems the ball is in your court but you think it is in his.

In some instances, it can take as much as a week to get an app't to get your PC set up, especially if it's an outside contractor doing the work (ask me how I know..)
he gave you a number that works, right...why don't you just call HIM??

I gotta say, he's the one moving....and rearranging his life at the moment...maybe he's thinking YOU blew him off??

The actual setting up a computer should not take very long. However, depending on where he is moving packing everything, moving everything and then unpacking could take quite some time.

Since he gave you a phone number why don't you just call. When he answers you can ask if that is a convenient time to call.

Setting up a computer can take a bit longer when you need to connect to the internet where you have to schedule the cable guy (or whomever) to come out and hook you up,

Setting upt he computer is simple...internet is more difficult.

With him moving...is he moving across town...from city A to city B...or moving a longer distance. Each of these plays a role in time span.

He likely didnt get your email giving him your email address.

I am surprised that his moving didnt come up earlier as part of basic conversation of where you live and what you do. Many know ahead of time there are contemplating moving either for a job, or to buy a house. If he bought a house then his focus right now is setting up his new place with painting and moving things in so surfing the internet is a low priority.

The fact is you havent met face to face so this is not a real relationship. So dont sit there and wait for him. When he gets his computer set up and working he will email you if he is interested in something with you,

That book "He's Just Not That Into You" would say: if he wanted you, he would have contacted you by now. Even if he moved, and hasn't set up his computer, ... he could borrow a friend's, he could go to a library ... he'd get in touch if he wanted to. So ... he doesn't want to. Move on!

It's possible (but not likely) that he hasn't got his computer set up, so hasn't read your email with your phone number, and has been waiting for you to call him, and thinks you've "poofed".

If you like him ... call. If he doesn't answer, leave a short message, giving him your number again. If you never hear from him again, move on.

Good luck! welcome to EHA by the way!

He offered her his phone number first. She decided to remove the obligation from her to call by sending him her phone number. For all we know he hasn't hooked up his computer yet and doesn't have her number and can't figure out why she hasn't called yet.

What we have here is a failure to communicate!

Thanks, all the opinions.
I doesn't know if he has hooked up his computer or not ( just my guessing). and the reason why I don't call him is that he seems put me in the secondary ( at least not priority). He waited for a while to opens our communiation. of course, we emailed each other though eH for a while.
I am knid of believe that if he is interested in you, he will find the way to contact you. .... I have bad experience to be the first one to call, I think I am the rule not the exception : ( (movie " he is just not that into you).....
frustrate!!!!!!

Because of the move, it seems possible that he doesn't have your phone number. And is waiting for you to call.

What's the worst that can happen? You call him, and it turns out he's not really interested. So what?
