I actually have a question that has been bugging me recently...

As some of you may have read I started a thread on my experiences as a shy late dater.
http://advice.eharmony.com/boards/da...ate-dater.html (The chronicals of the shy late dater!!)
I really do like the woman I am dating and would like to respect her.
I suppose I am worried that this thread may fall into the "kiss and tell" catagory (not that I have kissed her yet)..
From a female perspective, would you find this thread offensive if someone you were dating posted it?

My intentions were good - I wanted to help shy people like me...but I don't think I would want to continue to keep the thread going if it would be found offensive.

I would not find it offensive after all you posted it to benefit her. She could perhaps flip a nut but then if she did that would probably be a good thing. Very telling what causes someone to flip a nut.

I would like to add that a fair number of introverts do enjoy the company of extroverts and the other way around. My boyfriend is more of an introvert and I am def an extrovert. He says he loves it because around me he finds his words. Funny comment cause I never shut up.

I have another one for going crazy but it gets modded. It is a term I use when someone gets very upset about something that wouldn't upset another person. It doesn't mean that it isn't justified for that person and their personality but because it is unique to a personalty trait it is telling to ones personality. Make sense?

Hi Serrith,
I had not read your other thread so went and took a look ... what a nice read!

As a female, no, I would not be offended, as long as: (1) you maintain privacy, and, (2) if she is on EHA also, don't get too specific about anything she does or says. You can say whatever you want about yourself.

If she's here too, then:

OK: "Last night we had our 2nd date and I did this and felt that"

Not OK: "Last night we had our 2nd date and she said X and I felt Y and I think she has an issue with Q".
