The legend of the "intimidated man" has been discussed here widely. I have nothing new to offer the debate except to share this hilarious article from The Onion.

I hope you get a chuckle from it. That's all. Carry on.

Me thinks you opened a can of worms.

Now if you will excuse me I am going to go pop some popcorn and enjoy the show. If Nightling shows up tell her I already got the popcorn popped and see if she needs a beer. Thanks.

Well written article and definitely worth the read. I did indeed get a chuckle from it. I would consider myself an intelligent woman and from dating I have found two things 1) There are men who are intimidated by it and I can read it on their face 2) There are men who are very attracted to it.

Anyway, funny article and thanks for sharing.

Personally, I had to seriously rethink my asp-do. In the end I decided to keep it, since it is low maintenance and works well in a corporate environment.

I wonder if the article's author has been scanning this site.

I think the article is hilarious myself, and enjoy most of the Onion's takes on this sort of thing! Yes, you can spot people with that attitude pretty quickly, and it is funny!

Hmmm... Have you ever considered that perhaps you're just not doing enough to make yourself attractive to men?

If you wear a sundress and strappy sandals (perhaps get a nice manicure and pedicure, too), I'm sure nobody will even notice the snakes.
