I see nothing wrong with filtering... otherwise you'd go out with every guy that asks you.

Sure. Undoubtedly there will be certain things that are absolute requirements that we will filter by.

I love you, no offence.

I have been battling rocks for two hours because my builder felt it was acceptable to dump everyone else's rock on my lot before I built this house. I hate my builder!! I hope he takes offence!

I may have met twenty guys that wore red shirts that were also superficial. That in my mind doesn’t mean that guys that wear red shirts are superficial.
Your right Jo.. it doesn't mean they are superfical.. 20 guys in red shirts means your at Staples!

Blue shirts and khaki pants would be: Best Buy...

The transporters have a limited range. Didn't you pay attention at Starfleet Academy?
They don't have to have a limited range though lol. Didn't you pay attention at the writer's school of imaginary science?

It's not wrong to have filters, or dealbreakers as it were. I mean if they want kids and you don't, that's a dealbreaker plain and simple. If they don't love learning and you require that in them, that's a dealbreaker.

The problem I think is when the proxy you picked for yer dealbreakers is inaccurate and doesn't actually indicate what you think it indicates.

The blue pixel can be many things. Blue sky, blue eyes, water, koolaid, blue Star Trek nympho ... Blue Moon beer.

Hmm now there's an important thought. lol Getting hungry. Maybe about time for some wings and beer.

It's too cumbersome to try transporting and firing photon torpedos, using scientific instruments etc. with no base ship on-site. If one could simply transport an entire ship....then we might talk.
