Not crazy about the book title, but... that's neither here nor there.

I need mistakes 8-14... I'd like to think I'm relatively self-aware, a good portion of the time.. I am human though, so maybe I'm also delusional, and only think I'm self-aware (shrug) who knows...

I've been single for a few years now. And I've pretty much worked myself through mistakes 1-7. Not 100% of course, but I can mostly recognize and catch myself when I'm being an idiot and my own worst enemy at least. (And have very good, decent people around me that will point it out when I don't catch it)

I can read some (not all!) of these and say "heyy yeah! I remember thinking like that"

At the same time... as with a lot of these "dating articles" they aren't gender specific. Some of these are the same mistakes made by women and men alike. Maybe not always to the same degree, or with the same frequency or with the same outcome... but, it's really all the same go'around.

Yes, you recommended reading a book based on an article which is pure fluff; Oprah-like tripe.

(Yes I looked at the article and I want 3 minutes of my life back.)
