I can sleep through everything except my name...you can whisper my name and I will wake up...but anything else (alarm clocks, sirens, people) I will sleep until I don't sleep anymore. lol!

It can be a handicap sometimes...they have been known to call it a Liz when someone oversleeps around me.

And I really do feel for you guys that can't sleep. Sleep is probably one of the most beneficial things for our bodies....mentally and physically. I feel for you guys...I really do.

I hope it works Mel. But doesn't drugs kind of defeat the purpose a little...shouldn't they be looking at non-chemical induced sleeping? (Not that I want to worry you more *snort* - totally not my intention)
Gaw! I'm always jealous of people who can sleep anywhere.

They're looking for how many times I stop breathing/blood oxygen levels and probably snorts too, so it's good to do it without the chemicals if possible since it makes it worse, but doable.

I think it's usually not a good thing to have something named after you at work!

DL....yes you did. I had no idea.
I had a 26 year old man ask if I wanted a "friend with with benefits." I had a man that said he was not single, but looking for female friends. Several 20 year olds wanting to know if I would date younger men.

Some are good guys, but lots of, uh, hmmm, I don't know.

But seriously, what do you all think about someone just wanting to meet for coffee right away?

And while we're at it: how about I get back all the tax I've paid since working?

Ah, a sensable post !!!

He is tired of flakes.

I would go ...

... he might then push up the pace - but it is then your job to dail it down.

Wow. I didn't have anything like that on POF, though one of my neighbors did. Maybe I'm just too scary to players

I had one guy ask for coffee pretty much right away. He was one of the best guys I met. His rationale was that emails are just emails, and you don't really know anythign about the person until you actually meet.

Peg...Lol. What is the right bait?

DL...I was just thinking of sending him a message. He had a photo of himself, that I found attractive. I noticed later, that he removed the photo. I don't know why he would do that, unless he just wanted me to see it and then when I declined he removed it again.

Hmmmm......I might send a message now and just ask some questions to get the ball rolling.

I think that any guy that does not realize he has to send at least a few emails sometimes - not worth the worry.

That is a bummer about the other guy. I think you just have to wait and see.

But you are doing great. I saw your other thread about the guy that is gone three months...your response and attitude to that will serve you well in dating, I think.

Don't lose that...and you will be just fine. I really believe that.
