"The Curse" has been broken!! I finally landed a date on Jan 2nd, a 7+ month drougt on getting a date. I need to find out who put their money on Jan 2nd in the ofice pool when I go back to work Monday

I met her on chemistry, we really hit it off, and got intimate really quick (no sex, but we seemed to be moving rapidly towards that). We were rerally attracted to eachother and communicated well. It unfortunately fizzled out after a few days due to the fact she just wanted a light hearted fling and I was looking for something more long term and serious. Not that I wanted to go exclusive, but I strongly sensed she had committment issues and she seemed a little too dependent on me for her short term happiness. I wanted to establish more of a friendship foundation, and she just want to keep it light and go with the flow. After two weeks of talking on the phone endlessly and after seeing eachother a lot for three solid days, it still was too "surfacey" for me.

But, finally, a date! I honestly started thinking I would never go on a date the rerst of my life

D_Lion....Will you come to St. Louis?

Actually, I do need to come up with another meal tonight.(Dinner for 1)

I have this recipe in mind. First...you gently pull the legs from a nice frog. Lightly marinade for 1 hour....then sautee a little butter in a pan. Place frog legs in pan and stir fry. Goes well with a nice glass of Chardonnay.

Congrats! A date with someone who is "not a keeper" is good. I think it reminds you to take things less seriously.

How about we start off instead with the tasty Tongue Appetizer, with perhaps a case of Beer and a side of massage oil?
