As we are all aware, valentine's day is coming up. But I think me and the woman I'm in open comm. with may be up for an awkward moment. Everything seems great so far, taking things slow. We are supposed to have a first date sometime this month (per her request). At this rate, I'm guessing we'll have two dates by the time V-day comes around. So, what is there to say or do about V-day? Simple "happy V-day" message? ask for a V-day date? Treat it as a regular day? I'm anticipating we will not be ready for a full relationship by then. But we have been somewhat open about our feelings about dating (ie, we both admitted we were both nervous and were beginners) Advice?

Oh, come on. You haven't even met yet. One step at a time.

I think people tend to blow New Year's Eve and Valentine's Day out of proportion, it's just another day. Schedule a time to meet as soon as possible to find out where you have any chemistry in person and worry about Valentine's Day in 5 weeks. Good luck!
