Is it the same as in for Christmas (mistletoe), New Year's?

I am with every woman who says if the guy is good looking I would consider it...give him the once look over, maybe ask first where he's been (with a smile).

Realistically though I'd ask him if he'd like to get a cup of coffee, get to know each other, then proceed to the wonderful act of kissing on St. Valentine's Day.

What do you think?
Sounds like a plan with a better chance of success.
