I have been through this too! I kept 5 extra pounds on after having a baby and my fiance admitted he was not as attracted to me as he was pre-pregnancy. Needless to say, the relationship went sour and he turned to his secretary. In the end everything worked out beautifully and I absolutely love my life and even the 'other women'.

I know this is off topic, but I couldn't resist.

We hadn't been going out for very long, so I hadn't changed or anything. I broke it off with him because I knew that's what was happening, that he missed the ex's "hot bod", and he eventually admitted I was right. He wanted to keep seeing each other, but I thought it was a bad idea and we're friends now.
