To the OP:

You did not get yourself into this situation because of anybody's failure to keep their panties on, as Gr8Guy is so fond of saying.

In my opinion, you are where you are simply because your expectations for how the relationship should be conducted are different from his. Not better, or worse, just different.

You're 39, been married, divorced, have kids.....You know this man is not the right one for you. That's enough reason, in my mind, to move on.

It is within your power to have what you want. But you have to be willing to go for it, and accept no substitutes. You and your children deserve more than you'll ever get from this man, in my opinion.

Gr8Guy, I am not a woman easily offended by the removal of panties, because I consider that to be a natural progression in a relationship, often accompanied by a High Level of Excitement that can lead one to a Great Sense of Satisfaction. I do have to wonder, though, what satisfaction you got with a comment designed to put down the OP rather than lift her up or even offer any help. Pity. I've seen you better.
