My weekend with the buglets...Looking forward to Friday night date night with my mini-man (hubba hubba )... Featured presentation will be Tansformers Rise of the Fallen ooooo. Mini-girls will be with their friend for the evening.

Saturday is mini-man's bobble-head football game (a bunch of 7 and 8 year olds running around with full pads and helmets is a sight to see!) Then, carving pumpkins in preparation for the evening's trick-or-treating adventures... Love me some Reese's!

Sunday will be the, oh so exciting, clean house and laundry day (good thing I have mini's for that LOL) And, hopefully, catch a little football.
Awww, sounds like an adorable weekend! Well...except for the laundry and housecleaning...lol...

Hope your team wins! Mine got its butt kicked

Going with Laura to a dressage show at Westworld as a sorta kinda not quite a groom (that's an equestrian assistant who saddles / preps the horse!!). Will have my girls with us tomorrow morning / early afternoon (they have day off, EX's weekend starts at 5:30).
First ride is early Sat, then around noon
Rides again on Sunday, done around noon.
Sounds like you have a BUSY weekend. The GROOM thing had me till I read the horse part...lol...

Hope you had a wonderful day today with your girls!

I have a date Saturday night (Halloween). Dinner at a restaurant I get to pick. Looking forward to meeting this new Match date, from out of state even. Should
be interesting...
How did it go?!

Last weekend (and all last week) I was sick with the flu. This Friday night I'm going to a couple Halloween parties and I think on Saturday I may go across the border into Mexico again to meet a couple friends who live there and go out.

Oh, and this past week I signed the paperwork to buy a house. Right now I'm just waiting for the mortgage to go through.
Sorry you were sick but glad you are feeling better.

And huge congrats on the house -- crossing fingers that all goes smoothly!

Lori, good thing you came to Dallas last weekend we are now flooding 7 inches of rain/severe thunderstorms and tornados yesterday and today more rain.
There was a thunderstorm the night before we left! It was great -- I miss the drama of a good storm...

But I do hope the weather improves for you very soon!

Problem is, she was in a car accident yesterday (and let me tell you, that freaked me out when I heard about it on the phone... "Are you OK? Do you want me to drive down? Are you sure?"), so we're going to cancel our weekend plans of going down to Richmond on Saturday and seeing her friends.

Yes, she's OK and unhurt, thankfully.
Ooooh, thank goodness she was OK! Scary though!

No thoughts of even trying to get a date, until tonight (too late of course!)

The week flew by, consumed with thoughts of cars.

I just bought another one!!

Somebody ~~~ shoot me!!! The two car garage and the driveway is now jammed up with them.

I already wrote on your wall about that. Are you aiming for broke? or are you planning on syphoning gas once a week so you can take turns driving them?

Awwwwww! Not sure what a Toy Run is but if your little one is involved it's sure to be a fun time!!!
MINI is a car love.

The Toy Run is a charitable event that collects toys for the less fortunate. I was actually mistaken about the date, so it is next Saturday I'm going to that.

This Saturday I took pictures of the Skateboarding contest and then went and learned to make Mexican wedding cookies at a friend's house. It was a lovely afternoon. I watched a scary movie to finish out the day.

It's so kind of you to respond to everyone. And I imagine ... timeconsuming!

Ooooh no!!!! So sorry to hear it LDG. I share your pain, my car just needed 4 new tires....OUCH!

Hope this weekend is better for you!
I got new tires....after the crash. Hey, at least I was able to drive away, damage is only cosmetic now.
Not sure this weekend could actually be worse than the last one. Easy to beat since I haven't crashed my car yet!
