Yeah had a date this past weekend. Nothing for this coming weekend. The following Friday I have a date planned with a professor, I wonder if I am supposed to call her doctor when I address her

Well, they're not exactly 'dates', but Saturday I met a guy off POF. He's not what I'm looking for. This coming Sunday I'm having coffee with another guy. I think that online dating sites are single-handedly keeping at least a few coffee shops in business.

Last weekend (and all last week) I was sick with the flu. This Friday night I'm going to a couple Halloween parties and I think on Saturday I may go across the border into Mexico again to meet a couple friends who live there and go out.

Oh, and this past week I signed the paperwork to buy a house. Right now I'm just waiting for the mortgage to go through.

The oblong fleshy fruit of a palm tree at least according to Webster.

No fruit for me this weekend or last that I recall. Lori, good thing you came to Dallas last weekend we are now flooding 7 inches of rain/severe thunderstorms and tornados yesterday and today more rain.

I'll be living in a cave until further notice.
Problem is, she was in a car accident yesterday (and let me tell you, that freaked me out when I heard about it on the phone... "Are you OK? Do you want me to drive down? Are you sure?"), so we're going to cancel our weekend plans of going down to Richmond on Saturday and seeing her friends.

Yes, she's OK and unhurt, thankfully.

Don't knock it till you've tried it! I recommend the ones at Barnes & Nobles. Basically taste like liquid pumpkin pie... minus the crust. Ones at Panera Bread, not so much.

Last weekend I went to the iHobby expo with the BF. I kinda went with low expectations as I'm not into model planes, trains and cars. It ended up being more fun than I expected. It was fun to see him get so excited about model trains, and then I started to get a bit excited too. I also came to the realization that a future with him means a ginormous train set in the basement...and I'm actually ok with that.

This weekend it's my turn to pick what we do, so we're going to a corn maze and then we're going to carve pumpkins. Now that I think about it I suppose I ought to buy some candy for the 6 trick-or-treaters I'll get this year.
