I think people are missing the point of "common interests" or maybe it is just me that sees it this way...but I think the point is that you have to have fun together, it doesn't matter what the interests are or if they share all of them or none of them.

People underestimate fun with a partner. But I truly do think it is the glue that gets you through life together. If you can't have fun and play with your partner...it is going to be a sad life.
