I am curious how many of the posters on dating advice are actually successful in dating. I always try not to take advice from anyone more messed up than I am- or more "detoured" in dating so to speak! Is there really "good advice" for dating? My experience has led me to believe that I'm better off staying home alone with a movie and a bag of Smartfood! Thoughts?
well, if you are not krissy, who are ya?

and if ya stay at home eating chips and watching a movie, how ya gonna meet anyone?

Define "successful in dating" and someone can give you an answer. Right now, that's so vague that no answer is possible.

And that's probably what's keeping you single. Get out and do things you like, and that afford you the opportunity to meet lots of new people. Be open to love, but don't try and hunt it down and capture it.

You won't ever meet anyone you can love sitting in front of the TV. You have to actually get out in the world and meet people.

It is if he is using his worm as bait.
Now about dating advice. From this bunch? I have no date, that's why I'm in here. But if I get one I'll take note of how I screw it up and I'll let you guys know.

Seems that someone moved this thread from the stoopid group (not what I call it but one of the regulars in that group said that, see post above) to the Dating forum.

I think that I give good advice on dating. Some of the other people here seem to think so too. However, I am not particularly successful at dating. I don't think that being able to execute the plan is necessary for knowing what the plan is.

It doesn't matter where advice comes from if it works for you.
