Anybody have a fun date planned for tonight?

I'm meeting a guy from Match.com that I spoke to by phone for the first time today. He was quite effective in persuading me to meet him at this cool place later tonight for a drink, despite the short-notice.

Neither of us had plans. Should I have told him I had a 'cancellation?'

No. Just got back from a First Communion party for my buddy's youngest. Good food, good conversation with friends. Now I sitting in my pajamas watch/listening to the CMA Music Festival while I'm typing.

Hurray! A date!!!!

By the way laced, I didn't feel this earthquake last night that you mentioned in the Friday night role call (thank God--they freak me out!) I'm glad it wasn't a really big one at least.

I'm in for the night with the tail end of a head cold--my next date will start Tuesday.

wow, this thread has pages jumping at about one per minute--not a lively Saturday nite, I would say.
As for me, SO fed and tucked into bed after a foot massage, so now I am here, wide awake. Soon I will check out the TV, which is a low point for me.
did have peanut butter cup ice cream tonite and made plum pie. Both were yummy.

As for Taken, it was ok, mostly cuz Liam is great. Makes me nervous about my daughter going to Europe in the Spring, though!
The champagne makes it all seem lighter--better pour myself another glass. Cheers, y'all

Cheers to you with my herbal tea. Plum pie sounds good (not a fan of peanut butter though).
