Every time you drive the perimeter in Atlanta too, but thousands of people still do it everyday. Putting your life into the hands of other drivers traveling 80+mph in a 55mph speed zone across 8-10 lanes of traffic. Craziness!! (Driving the speed limit there is like a death wish.)
I don't think that's a good reason. Thousands of people doing something that doesn't make sense doesn't make the thing any less nonsensical. Trouble is no one likes to wait at this day and age.

I'm not sure I'm following you. My point was life is full of risk. Some are more calculated than others.

Yes, H1N1 virus is out there. If you are elderly, a small child/infant, or have compromised immunity or respiratory system, then, yes, it could be life threatening.

And, yes, if one is afraid of catching germs, it would be advisable not to be swapping spit with others.

Living life through a lens of fear like that must be exhausting.

Did a 10 year old write this question?

This reminds me of a story. My son was 11 and set me down to tell me that he was not a "virgin" anymore. Internally I am freaking out, but I calmly asked "why" and he told me that a girl had kissed him..... :-)

But seriously, what kind of question is this for an adult to ask? It sounds almost like a joke, just to see what kind of responses they would get?

Ok now that you can see (from the above^) how much I love kisses.

I'ma say No ya aint gotta be 'in love' to kiss somebody.
I am not in love everytime a give a peck to someone, thats irrational.

I think the OP left out the fact she works in a kissing booth at carnivals and fairs.
