Going to the island with my girlfriend this weekend. I have planned a moment of romance for us. I purchased the song Unchained Melody by the Righteous Brothers online, down loaded it to my MP3 player, I have a battery operated set of stereo amp speakers (pretty small because they fold into the size of wallet) and they sound pretty good. Going to go for a walk on the island with her and find a nice area, pull out the MP3 player and speakers and have a dance with her. Been listening to the song over and over and hope to make the right twirls, dips and looks at the right times during our dance. I heard the song on the radio today in my car which got me thinking of this.

This afternoon I met a couple at a beach side bar who had just got engaged. He had gotten down on one knee in the sand, asked her to marry him and given her the ring.

We took our walk, there was this gazebo on the UNH Biology campus on a hill that over looked the whole south side of the island, the sea and adjacent islands. I asked her to sit on the open side of the gazebo (so that I could hold out my hand and help her up to my arms when the song said " I hunger for your touch, alone". While we were dancing close, she was crying. The view was amazing, the setting was just right and the place was perfect and she was the best part. The second dance was to the Aerosmith song "I don't want to miss a thing". My e-harmony girl surely enjoyed it and we are going on 8 months now. When we make it to our first year together, I will make that day really special for us. Thanks E-harmony for finding me someone like her.

You mean eHarmony really does work? I thought it was a myth.
