In general, I think mustaches look cheesy. Talking about 20 year olds, they do make some look older, but others will just look like they are trying to look older, but still cheesy. I am not a fan.

Maybe.
If you’re already a young looking 20yr old, then no, it will make you look like a kid desperate to look like a man. Same if it’s thin, weedy, or sparse. However if you already have a mature face, then yes, it can easily add years.

That said, if you’re 20yrs old, trying to look older, then I’m guessing you’d want to be mid-twenties, or at most 30ish. In which case a moustache is definitely wrong. For that generation it’s associated with the 70’s, or with gay bikers.

I don't know about cheesy -- but I don't find them attractive at all, on a man of any age.
