I am looking for some ways to open up e-mails... not a subject line but the first line of the intro paragraph.

Can you think of one that would or has worked to get your attention?

Hi I am BigCat.

I know it sounds cheesy but I actually like girls. I like you when you are a total girl but I also like when you are a just one of the guys.

I try to always be sincere to who I am. And I appreciate the same in a partner. I like genuineness - nothing is sexier. I try to strive to be that and I hope for the same in my partner.

If you ask the ladies for help crafting your emails, then your emails will sound like ladies wrote them. Is this what you want?

You're gonna have to grow up and figure this out for yourself, sport.

And don't listen to Mel - I like men like Mel - the tough guys! - were they lose me is in the yeah, they are clear on what they think but they fail to see the merit in another way of thinking - (I know - seems illogical but women are pretty understandable when you know what motivates us (or what is obvious but you choose to disregard). You might still find it completely illogical - but it still does not change the fact that it is, generally speaking, important to us.

Well hey... they would definitely relate to that as they all include it in their profiles.

Amazingly enough, this profile did not include that statement or any version of it.

That is interesting that the 2 examples that you guys volunteered both have the female perspective very much in mind.... almost echoed.

I will see if I can see any way to use that method in the future.
