This thread is about dating a man that wears more jewelry than you do! It is a big turn off for me! I don't mind a watch, one ring, on the right hand ( of course), and maybe a small chain around his neck...but anything more than that is too much glitter on a man!
What's your take on this issue?

Depends where you live.

In cities it's more acceptable. In small rural towns it's not.

Man now I have this song stuck in my head because of this thread:
YouTube - The Cover Girls - All That Glitters Isn't Gold

I'll chime in on this, back in the day in my old hometown (NY) that was pretty much the norm but in L.A., not so much....at least not in the circles in which I run.

It didn't bother me then because it was all I knew, but now I'd prefer to be the one sporting the stones and metal (then again, I used to be a women's jewelry designer so that preference might just be a relic of that).

Interesting thread, I have an add-on question which is:

Is men sporting lots of jewelry the norm where you live?

Agree with the OP, but there are two exceptions.

A pro sports or college championship ring.

A world series of poker bracelet.

Either category are quite gaudy but a hell of a statement.
