OK peeps, who had a date this weekend, and how did it go???

I did not (big surprise) but I did hang out with my ex-boyfriend yesterday (he is one of my closest friends) and we had a nice day in Ventura, checking out the Harbor (there was really cool car show there with GORGEOUS classic cars) and hanging at the beach.

Saturday, I just ran errands like crazy.

Oooh I wish I had gone to the beach this weekend! Would've been better than my date Saturday night. It wasn't awful, like being waterboarded or anything, but...
Second date with a really sweet guy... one of the those nice guys us girls always reject. We had nice conversation and dinner etc. "I just don't feel that the chemistry is there"
On the upside, the guy I am really in 'like' with is back. He actually drove an hour to where I live to surprise me.

Yesterday we took his son and daughter to a symphony in the park, played a little frisbee with them, and then dropped them off for supper with their mom and went out for pizza. Then we picked up his daughter and took her with us for ice cream. We had a blast!!

Had a first meeting with someone from the internet, went to the beach with a date from 'real life', went country dancing with a few friends (and rode a mechanical bull), and met a couple other new women while out. One woman who went in the group there seems to have a crush on me...and she's pretty high powered in the university administration...so I think I better stay away from her for a while so I don't have to reject her too openly. Oh...and had the first call from an online match at midnight on Saturday night (I posted about this on another thread).

Had a nice first date from a girl that lives quite aways away. Ended up spending the whole day together so it was nice.

Wow, jayjay you have a lot going on! Sounds like you're enjoying it though, aside from the crush who you are very wisely going to circumvent if she's involved with your work).

My boyfriend and I had dinner, played trivial pursuit (I won!), and watched a not so scary movie with my two roommates. Not the most exciting of dates, but we did have a good time.
