Tonight is opening for Friday night football. Dozens of rival games happening all around tonight. Unfortunatly it is pouring rain. The lightening is pretty bad too, and kick off is in less than an hour. So, now plans are up in the air.

Just checked my matches and the only one that was commuicating closed after I sent MHCS, reason "no chemistry". Amazing, the ability to determine "chemistry" without ever meeting, truly amazing.

Got yet another new match with no photo and no profile.

Typical Friday. Just finished eating my dinner. Sliced some scallops, cauliflower and mushooms thin. Sauteed them in olive oil with garlic and hot peppers and a bit of white wine. Since I'm not going anywhere I didn't go light on the garlic. As I type I'm watching a CFL football game, since they're playing for real and the NFL isn't. My fly fishing club is hosting a "Casting for Recovery" retreat in the fall. I have to tie around six dozen flies which will go into the fly boxes of the women who are participating. So I'll try and tie a dozen flies in a bit. After that I'll sweeten my sparkling water with a bit of VO, pick up a book, and hopefully watch the Phillies put a hurting on the Mets.

BF is at the White Sox game with his best friend so I am stuck at home watching Kate and Leopold. (I would go out with my friends/roomies but they're all at work, or outta state right now )

cleaning....convincing myself I need to stay home and save some $$...preparing for next weekend when I fly to St. Louis for an interview ....putting my life on hold again while I ponder the future....and the future interviews me to see if I make the cut.
