Aside from "getting to know you" stuff, what are your favorite topics to discuss on a date?

If the conversation is lagging, are you able to spark new life into it or do you find yourself fishing for things to say?

If we're clicking the conversation never really seems to lull. If things aren't clicking I'll asses the situation and see what I can do to either bring up something that will piqued their interest or have them elaborate on their interest.

I will ask questions based on different things that she had mentioned during Open Communication or in her other answers or profile.

Like that.

Years ago, hit one of those lulls, and said after a few moments of not-so-great silence: "I'm nervous, how about you?" Punctuated it with a grin, and off the conversation went! Had a great time.

If there's a lull in the conversation I just say "You're kinda weird, aren't you?"

Does that work as well as, "Come to my place and see my past relationship scrapbook, Behbeh?"

(okay, I'm leaving now. I promise...)

The conversation just flows, i don't have set topics or lists of questions because i'm a stream of consciousness kind of bloke.
