Resurrected an old EH date from last fall. We had brunch (I paid) and saw "District 9" (he paid.) The movie was well-produced, but scary and violent and not at all warm and fuzzy. Not a good date movie, unless you want to talk about planetary alien apartheid.

I think he's a good guy, fun for casual dating, but he/we may end up parked in the friendzone.

No date for me either this past weekend. Actually I had some really disappointing news in the that area mid last week, so I hit the bars w/ reckless abandon like I was still in my early 20s to try and drink/fun it all away. Worked pretty well b/c I woke up Sun. feeling pretty good about everything, and I may have found a couple of potentials along the way. Yeah I know, picking up women in bars is bad, but I don't really have much else going on so why not?

Not a date this past weekend but I did go to a Brazillian Steakhouse in the old port in Portland last night with friends. Had a great time with them and texting a tall story to my kids. Too Funny. Then when I dropped them off he let me drive his Porshe Cayman S. What a sweet lil ride. I took it easy and only did 95 on the highway and slowed down to 90 on a back road. Didn't that car handle and stop on a dime. That car is a mid-life crisis looking for a recipient.

I gotta say that this time, the Porshe made ME look sexy.
