Here's an interesting chart I found...I do believe your region can effect your dating when combined with whatever demographic in. I find it hard to believe Pittsburgh has more single women though lol, the city is famous for being on Forbes list of crappy cities for single guys.

I love London, it's a huge bustling anthill and no matter what your interests you can be pretty sure to find whatever you're looking for. That said it can be very intimidating, when i was posting on a singles newsgroup there was a kiwi who complained bitterly about not meeting men, mind you she had issues, she never stuck her nose beyond her own front door and at a group meet she was loudly offended that the hostess had provided a vegetarian option.
London can appear a ittle cold and intimidating - I guess it's the rain, the fog, the Royal family and the unique humor. But I found it to be full of surprises. Unfortunately, I only had a couple of days to spend there, so definitely would like to go back one day.

Interesting that's there's a whole strip up the Northeastern seaboard that is really good for men....while the West coast looks mostly good for women. I see there is a good size red dot (good for me) where I live.

great map!! I know as a general rule that the menz increase as I go west (what am I thinking, allowing myself to be moved from Austin) and there are more ladies in the east....

I wish they would break it down by age group too...

I've already been pretty much living life based on this knowledge this actually is one of the reasons I have no interest in the east coast! Life is hard enough....lol.

Ahh I actually did find another version of the map, it has an age slider you can adjust and it shows the differences. The original one is counting everyone from 18-64. When you adjust for age almost all areas favor women in the younger brackets like 25-40, doh!
