Body hair on men? You like it or dislike it? I'm talking about anything from George the Animal Steel that is like the missing link between monkey and man to completely hairless, either naturally or not so naturally.

It's all subjective, but personally I like a man with a hairy chest for me to run my fingers through.

Ditto.

There seems to be a trend (among younger men) to shave their chests (even if they are not athletes), which I do not care for at all.

As I have gotten older, the men are getting more hairy! LOL! Just comes with age. So I have relaxed my standards somewhat.

Personally, I don't like the way my chest and stomach hair gets very long and thick and it's a pain to try to keep it all trimmed. I've thought about just shaving it all, but then I think that would look weird too...and take quite a while to grow out.

Men who shave their chest hair are icky. I think a man should be somewhat hairy and that's kind of sexy. Though my ex had back hair and THAT was a little hard to take... :O

I don't care about it one way or the other. There are so many more things to be concerned about that are much more important to me.

Ha! We older guys appreciate somewhat relaxed standards, Icouldwrite... that said - Come on guys! It's not that difficult to separate ourselves from the "Silverbacks."

I started "manscaping" about five years ago when I overheard two college girls at the pool comment on "the silverback" (a guy my age with a hairy chest AND a hairy back). I now trim my chest (takes 5 minutes about every 2 weeks) with barber clippers. It seems to be appreciated... and I know I look younger (to me).

Can't bear to think about the waxing procedure after seeing Steve Carrel(sp?) in _The Forty Year Old Virgin_. ;-)

icky....I am LMAO at that word. I haven't used it in a long time - that's cute!

Anyway I like either way. I don't like excessive chest hair though and I think it's wierd when men don't have hair under their arms unless they shave because they are athletes.

I can see guys that are competitve runners or into competitive bodybuilding shaving their entire bodies. I can see wasting my time shaving my chest hair just so my muscles will stand off on the off chance some girl will see me and get all weak-kneed.
