So I heard of a good pickup line today.

Girl: *walking with a Bed, Bath, and Beyond bag*
Guy: Excuse me, do you know where the nearest Bed, Bath, and Beyond is?
Girl: It's two blocks that way on 2nd street.
Guy: Got it. Um, do you think I could have your phone number in case I get lost or want to take you to dinner sometime?

If the girl wasn't in a committed relationship, she would have taken him up on the offer, because she thought it was a novel pickup line.

Here's a line I made up on the spot last weekend (though it was with someone I already knew and not a pick up line).

"I see a lot of untapped potential in you.....not that I want to tap it."

I'd say your pickup lines need a little work.

Honestly, I wouldn't say things like that to a woman I didn't know (at least not within the first 5 minutes)....and also not with a woman who seemed like she might be a little self conscious. But for the ones who are game for some give and take....yeah.

BTW: her comeback to the first line was "It's already been tapped."

Dude, I thought you said you knew how to flirt? Ya need some work on your pickup lines. They are a little insulting. BTW, how did the person you bestowed them upon take it?-

That's my 'anti-flirting'. And like I said, I wouldn't say those things at just any time to just any woman. It has to be a situation in which she knows I'm teasing her....and I probably also tend to talk like that with the women who are used to being flirted with and come on to with compliments by a lot of guys.
