Just from looking at the photos, I'd go with "before" Rich. I like men with a little meat on their bones.

extra credit for lavender feilds!!

Well hmm...okay you had to go and make him more human! (me and ice cream moon like that in a guy!)

okay, well...he was a former elite swimmer who went to stanford. So he already had the "overacheiver gene" so his wife probably knew what she might be getting into...and I can see how "before rich" might have felt out of shape ....but the words "fat and miserable" seem a little strong.

I''m a swimmer too (I use that term loosely) and am somewhat motivated by Rich, but ...I just wouldn't want to go off the deep end and go from healthy to annoying, narcissstic, obsessed, and noted by my ligaments and tendons popping from my taut skin.

The photos are better...but, he still looks a bit scary to me!

Agreed CP30!!! In that article (the one you posted) it was like this transformation of Mr. Fatty/Unhappy into Mr. Happy Ultraman...they made it seems supernatural.. 2 years, 30 lbs, vegan and ultraman.. I knew something was fishy!!

Check out his pool.. cool eh?? He just makes me say, you know I still have time to get into Madonna/crazyness shape.. not that I want to, but heck.

I'm still getting a scary "type A" vibe. I always complain that swimming pools I go too are usually made for wading and not swimming (Which annoys me). However, I looked at his pool and thought it seemed far too utilitarian!

I like before Rich and am in wonder of the after Rich. Kudos to him for taking charge of his health. After reading the article, I thought he gave good tips on how he achieved his goal. I didn't think he sounded rigid (example: if you get off track one day don't punish yourself but try to get back on track the following day). He sounds like a great motivator although I am not motivated to give up meat or certain dairy products. I say to each his own when following a diet. BTW I wouldn't kick the after Rich out of bed. I don't mind admiring the well oiled machine.

What I wouldn't do to have legs like Madonna! That is some impressive legs.

He is sounding, and even looking better by the minute. But can you make him a little more real for me (he can even bring his wife along)
