Thats a good idea, why not jus ask him?

You walk by him every day, jus stop by an be like:
hey, whats your number you big hot stud you!? lol

Thats gonna be random as all get out but ya get the drift, If you really like this fella take the lead an 'get r done'

Great Idea txbubba

I'm with inn. The ball is in his court. If he's really interested, he'll call. I've never wanted to get in the habit of convincing a man to care about me or reminding him to do the right thing.

Sometimes guys get all gung-ho about something; or they initially set out to do something: But as their reason catches up with their impulsiveness, they may begin to rethink their original actions; and plan to do nothing.

This may or not be the case, I would suggest not getting worked up over the situation.

I don't have his number. I make myself available to ask. I try and walk by him at work, smile...say hi or something. I keep myself on IM since he's always on there.
