I thought this would useful, and probably pretty fun, too!

Men (and women!) let's hear your best pickup lines. Then let's get posts from the opposite gender with feedback.

NOTE: please keep criticism constructive. The goal is to improve everyone's chances for success in dating. If we want to do another thread to goof on notorously bad pickup lines ("Your legs must be tired because you've been running through my mind all night" kind of stuff), we can certainly do that!

No pickup lines here...I thought women didn't like pickup lines. Or maybe they just haven't heard a good one yet?

Guy flicks water on girl, then says "Now's let get you out of those wet clothes."

I have one I thought was ok, but found out the hard way was very not ok.

So I'm sitting at a bar with some friends watching a hockey game. This really beautiful woman comes and sits down on the stool next to me even though there were plenty of other places to sit. After waiting about 10 minutes to see if she was meeting anyone, I turn to her and say :

"I would be remiss in my duties as a gentleman if I didn't offer to buy the prettiest girl in the room a drink. What will you have?"

She didn't say a word, turned away from me, reached into her purse, turned back around, and maced me. This is not an exaggeration nor am I leaving out any details. So apparently, that's what you should not say to a girl At least she got kicked out and I had my tab comp'ed.
