1. That he is honest from day 1.
2. That he speaks up, it's to damn exhausting to try and be a mind reader.
3. That he takes care of himself in a healthy way.
4. A sense of humour.

Good question...

1. Someone who already knows themself and what they want
2. I'll admit it. Looks. They are important. If I'm not physically attracted, there's not a lot of hope for the relationship.
3. A challenge. I don't mean a relationship challenge but someone that consistently challenges themselves and me to be the best we can be at all we do.
4. Humor, humor and more humor. That goes hand in hand with the ability to have fun but still know when to be serious when appropriate.
5. Motivation to succeed. Doesn't have to imply success as measured by financial wealth but the wealth of well being, happiness, doing what you love, meeting goals, etc.

Game players need not apply.
