These occurences have happened at my local Krogers. A few times I've gone in on Saturday night. It looks like date night at a club then. People seem to hang out near the magazines and ice cream. There seems to be a class difference between the two groceries I frequent.

The other grocery I go to when I want to spoil myself, has a grand piano, very posh wine tasting area, grills food while you wait and is a major pick up place. I used to hang out with some of the people at the wine tastings. Quickly figured out that's all they do! Fun people but...
One of my favorite grocery stores actually has cooking classes for singles........ need I say more?

Whole Foods in this area only has couples cooking courses. No singles nights.

Bah!

That reminds me though, I need to sign up for a couple of the upcoming classes. They've got some good stuff coming up.
