Hey, I guess this is more of a rant than anything, but wanted to get some stuff off of my chest and ask people about their most aggravating poofer so we can all rant.
I started seeing someone in February and we have gotten together to date whenever possible due to our busy schedules. Things were going well although no talk of us having a relationship. In the beginning of April, he invited me on a trip with his friends in September and I was pretty excited and said I would...at this point I think things are going great. We had two dates after this that went good, with the last date being the best one we had in my opinion.
After that he suddenly disappears on me, no phone call or nothing and it's been about a month. I've of course moved on to other matches since then, but it just irks me. What gives? Why lead a woman on by inviting her on a trip and then suddenly fall off the map?
My friend said this is common and he was probably trying to make me feel secure of where we were going in order to try and to get me into bed.
So what is your most aggravating (or amusing, interesting) poof story?

I am sorry to hear that. I had just started a relationship with a girl who I realy liked. We had gone out a few times and we talked for long periods of time sometimes into the early morning. I took her out on a great date one weekend and we had both had a fantastic time. Foolish man that I am I went about preparing for our next date including getting together a personalized present for her. Well things didn't work out as I had planned. She called me at 1:00am on Monday morning to tell me that I was the first nice guy she had ever dated who treated her well and she realized she wasn't ready to have a relationship. So she poofed after that... still pretty confused. But that was awhile ago.

Best,
