I want your best ideas, besides bars. I use meetup.com a lot. Great way to meet people, but most people are serially single. It's like they attend events just to be social and not meet for relationships.

I think there are not much better place than work, meetup, school, friends party, and place of worship...that's about it..

Yes...that's their purpose. But what's wrong with a bar anyway? Seriously. There is a stigma attached to them that might not really be true. I've met good people, bad people, boreing people and interesting people there. The typical cross section of society that you would find anywhere else (like in Eh) but with loud music and drinks. LOL. Just go in with modest expectations and some day you might be pleasantly surprised.
