We are seeking a group of Leaders for our Community to help us welcome new Community Members, ensure that our Community Standards are followed and keep our bulletin boards a place where men and women feel comfortable to come for support and discussions on dating, relationships, and other topics.

Why Become An eHarmony Community Leader?

Because you are a natural leader who cares about our Community and the people in it. Being a Community Leader is an opportunity to serve your Community and help eHarmony in our goal of creating a welcoming place where people can get advice and support in finding, growing and strengthening their most important relationships.

What Does a Volunteer Community Leader Do?

Community Leaders are passionate about what they do and interact with users in the discussion boards to help ensure a positive experience for all users by:
•Being helpful and assisting Community Members in navigating the discussion boards
•Answering questions within the boards and through Private Messages and directing Members to areas where they can find answers on their own
•Respond to Member concerns and elevate them if needed to the appropriate eHarmony team members
•Identify the need for and create new posts in the discussion boards
•Review and report posts that violate the Community Standards and the eHarmony Terms of Service.

Community Leaders abide by the Community Standards and the eHarmony Terms of Service at all times and encourage other users to do the same by setting the tone of discussions.

How Much Time Does It Take To Be a Volunteer Community Leader?

As a Volunteer Community Leader, eHarmony recommends that you allow yourself enough time each week to ensure you stay up-to-date on policies and Standards, actively participate in your designated discussion board by welcoming new users, answering questions, responding to user-created topics and posting new topic discussions, etc. You want to be sure to allow enough time to interact with your team in email and review notices in the team area.
