I go out of my way to set up a special evening, including a special meal, romantic lighting, a seductive outfit, music, a backrub. . . the works.


I let our time together get in the way of other things I need to be doing.


I am very solicitous toward catering to your every need.


I hold you very tightly but very tenderly for a very long time.


I wrap my entire body around yours, even down to our feet and ankles, and never break contact with you somewhere while sleeping.


I send you flowers and a perfumed, romantic card on Valentine's Day, along with a special brownie or other favorite food of yours that I went to a lot of trouble to find.


I try to help you in any way I can to get your 'chores' done so we can be together and have fun.

If I change my mind about what I had already decided, based on your opinion about things.

After a hard day, I make your favorite for dinner, set your slippers and snacks by the couch, put in your favorite DVD, and give you a back massage. Maybe after a good day too? Sounds like fun.

If I let you kiss me anytime you want. Even in front of your parents.

If I can’t help but smile when I see you.


If sometimes I just can't help but jump you.



If I let you see me dance and sing at the top of my lungs to my favorite song.

If I ask you to dance with me, doesn’t matter where we are. Just because I really want to be in your arms and looking into your eyes, right then.

If you’re the only person in the world that I feel completely safe with, because I know you will protect me. Spiders and all.

You know I love you, if I’m willing to kill the spiders, if they freak you out too.

When I don’t tell you that you drive like a grandpa, and I love you for it. Because it’s who you are.
