OK, as many of you know, I’m still taking applications for the position of RSB (Red Sox Boy). Many other lovely ladies here on eHA are also similarly afflicted.....

So, in an attempt to inject some humor into the boards here (it’s become a tad “heavy” lately, & somewhat “short” on laughs), I want the lovely guys out there to use this thread to tell us why YOU deserve a 2nd date with someone nice.

Imagine the scene – you’ve been out with a lovely lady who you just met for the 1st time……you enjoyed her company, conversation was easy, hell you even had fun (yes, I said fun, who’d have thunk it!), and Heavens to Murgatroyd, she even laughed at your jokes (clearly she’s a keeper).

So come on chaps, give it your best shot – let’s hear your reasons for why we should give you a shot at a 2nd date.

* Syringes will be loaded & used readily against mirthless posters *

** This position will remain open until a suitable applicant is found **

Cause I have studied the Kama Sutra in seven languages?! I am also a good teacher!
If that doesn’t work, I have a fridge full of beer!

Is turning her[/i] down a strategy to make her want you more?
I say he’s disqualified for not answering the question.

Great Guy, what do you have to warrant the second date?

I should get a second date because, I am a good man. As you already know, a good man is hard to find. What more could a woman ask for? Need I say more?

Absolutely. A hard man is good to find. Er, something like that!

I opened this thread because I though I was going to get a date with RSG Now that I have read the instructions I am really bummed out

Hmm, I have had the first date described. Can't think of anything that makes me particularly deserving of a second date. Maybe that is why I don't get the second date.

*There is actually a girl on the boards who thinks I am funny and DOES laugh at me.
