May I just say this brings a breath of fresh air and hope (like AP said) to all of us here?

You two make a beautiful couple. And what a romantic way to propose... a lovely sunset and a sleigh ride. Gosh, JHerndon, when you said God had blessed you beyond your wildest dreams in one of those wild and wooly threads yonder back, you weren't kidding. And judging from your kind joyful smile and protective embrace, I am so happy that Lynnabelle has been blessed greatly also. I have enjoyed your posts over the months JH, and have come to respect you a great deal. Guess I'm out of the loop and missed the budding online romance.

Colorado and Texas are both wonderful states with so much natural beauty. Encouraging for all of us that people meet on eHa too. Glad to hear you're in school, JH. Wishing you both many happy years and a future happy family filled with love and joy and abundance. Keep us posted.

Congratulations!!!

I don't come here on a regular basis but I am THRILLED for you both! Seriously! I'm mired in the pit of "will-it-ever-happen?" lonliness right now. After my recent negative experience with EH and all of the stories here about how many people/matches we all go through without finding someone, it's SO ENCOURAGING to see two people who found each other!

God bless your new life together.

Michelle

P.S. I was going to ask if that photo was taken in CO. I'm from CO and miss the Rockies so much. GORGEOUS picture of you both!
Yep we're in Colorado in that picture, on the western slope. I'll miss the Rockies too for awhile, but it will be so worth it and a change for awhile will be nice!
