All of these lines sound WAY too rehearsed and contrived. The easiest way to talk to someone is to begin with an open, loose mind and just go with the flow. It's like playing chess: you can't make a move until your opponent makes a move first. Conversations are the same way. Don't try to follow a script. Just be natural (and quick-witted). Take it from me: women are impressed by guys who can banter with intelligence, humor and speed.
